I’m so glad you’re here!
I am Katie Lowe, a Positive Psychology & Holistic Health Coach & NLP Practitioner. I live in beautiful Tassie with my gorgeous husband and 3 little boys. You can usually find me spending time hanging out or adventuring with my little family, stretching on my yoga mat, or snuggled up on the couch with my hubby & fur baby Millie watching Netflix with a cuppa. (I 💙 Netflix & tea!).
This beautiful community was created to provide a safe, uplifting space for women to come and feel supported, inspired and empowered to create the life they want to live.
- Have you been through, or currently going through a difficult time in your life?
- Do you find yourself worrying too much about the future, and what may or may not happen?
- Do you feel anxious? Helpless? Alone?
- Do you wish you could find a way to get relief from the constant mental chatter and those anxious thoughts racing around your head each day?
- Do you feel like your level of stress is dominating your daily life and limiting your happiness?

Well then you are in the right place!
Because I know all too well what it feels like to be out of alignment with your body, mind and soul. To feel like the universe has deserted you and to have your life turned upside down. I know how it feels to hit rock bottom and feel terrified that you aren’t strong enough to pick yourself back up and live the life you always dreamed you’d have.
Most of all, I know what fear feels like, and how hard it can be to break out of its grip!
HOW DID I GET HERE?
My dance with fear and anxiety began in late 2015 when I was diagnosed with a cardiac arrhythmia after losing consciousness on the couch one night with my hubby. I did not see it coming and had no previous issues with my heart other than the odd palpitation. My symptoms were terrifying, and from that night, my heart began racing regularly – reaching up to 200bpm at rest.
Very quickly I developed anxiety and began to experience panic attacks for the first time in my life. At the time I fell ill, I was ironically studying to be a Psychologist, and had completed numerous essays and extensive research on anxiety, and yet I was powerless to stop its onslaught.
It was a very challenging time in my life. My mind, body and spirit began to break down on me. Over the next 2 years, I experienced numerous spectacular breakdowns as I struggled to deal with my condition and my fears around something happening to me and leaving my children behind.
So far, I have been through 3 procedures to fix my heart, all of which were only partially successful.
It became obvious to me that I had surrendered my power in this situation and was relying on being ‘rid’ of my arrhythmia in order to be happy again. I was too scared to live until it was gone.
But that’s where the universe had other plans for me, my condition wasn’t going anywhere, and I was going to have to learn to live with it; not just exist, but REALLY live. To do that I had to take back my power and learn how to control the only thing that was in my power – which was my reactions and experience of the situation. Not the situation itself.
To this day my heart is still a bit wacky, and I still have days where the fear gets to me – but the difference is that I now have the tools in my toolbox to deal with it and to return to the present moment and my peace.
So that is why I am here, to share my story in the hopes of helping others who may be in need of some love, support and a light at the end of the tunnel. To help other women learn how to heal their own body, mind and soul. You don’t have to be unwell to learn from my experience, because fear and anxiety show up in so many ways, sometimes for no apparent reason at all!
Life is so precious! You don’t have to remain trapped by your own thoughts, beliefs and emotions forever – there is a way out. Trust me, if I can do it, so can you!
