What do I Do?


I am a Positive Psychology & Holistic Health Coach, which means that I approach health and wellness from many different aspects, and when you work with me some of the things we will look at together are:

All of these aspects of your life – bar food, are what I call Primary Foods, meaning that they are all the things in your life that are – or aren’t nourishing and feeding your body & soul on a daily basis. These elements are crucial to you feeling healthy and happy inside & out.

I refer to the food you put in your mouth as Secondary Foods, because even though we absolutely need a healthy balanced diet to have a happy body and mind; our diet alone is not enough to attain optimum physical and mental wellbeing. You can eat all the kale in the world, but unless you are feeding your body, heart & soul with Primary Foods, you will still be left feeling less than your best.

I am also qualified in Positive Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), which essentially means that I am trained to help you work on your limiting perceptions and beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. I want to see you learn how to treasure that amazing body, mind & soul of yours, and move towards being a happier, healthier version of you!

Living with a funky heart rhythm does not have to ruin your life, through my experience I have learnt many tools and techniques that helped me calm my anxiety around my arrhythmia, and heal my relationship with my unique heart. 

I know first hand how crippling the anxiety that accompany these conditions can be, so my mission now is to help as many people going through the same thing that I did as I can. I want to share my knowledge from both my experience with heart arrhythmia and anxiety, as well as my knowledge from my professional training.

I will show you that you already possess the same tools as I do to be able to heal your mind and body and live with those pesky heart rhythms. 

Most of all I want you to feel heard. Held. And I don’t want you to feel alone…

Because trust me, you are never alone with this. 

And you are so much stronger than you think. 

I am not going to ‘fix’ your heart, because I know that if you are anything like I was, you are probably desperate for someone to tell you how to just make your funky beats go away. I’m sorry to tell you that that isn’t what I do. Some of my suggestions as a holistic health coach may indeed help – but I am not a doctor, I am here to support you and give you the tools you need to be able to regain balance in your mind and body – even if those beats never go away.

Working With Me 1:1


* Individual Sessions:

You can book in to see me for singular sessions whenever suits you. These sessions are 60min in duration.

* 3-Month Program: 

This involves seeing me at a pre-scheduled time once a fortnight for a period of 3 months, for a minimum of 6 – 1hour sessions. This is where you will begin to feel significant changes as we work together to set your individual goals in the identified areas of your life that you wish to improve.

* 6-Month Program (recommended):

This program is also one session each fortnight but for a period of 6-months. Research has shown that 6 months is an optimal time frame to work with a health coach to produce significant and lasting change. This option also allows us to work on more areas of your life that you would love to feel happier in.
